Here are the latest rubber stamped creations by two of our design team members, Rina K and Lisa F!

This first card is by Rina, she used our hep cat, ink spot, and happy anniversary stamps. Check out her blog and website for more beautiful rubber stamped crafts cards and goodies!!

These next crafts are by Lisa F. Check out her blog for tons more cool cards and crafts!
She says ~ "i made this funky cool postcard/card for a very good friend of mine who's birthday is tomorrow. i took white card stock and got a sponge wet, dipped it in gray ink, rubbed that all over. then re-wet it dipped it in copper ink went all over and that is the background. the frame is a stamp from tattered angels, which i embossed and took a lighter too. i then inked it up with distress ink. i stamped 'mod girl' from sideshow stamps (the small trees also came from sideshow), her wings came from tattered angels. the larger tree is from smeared ink. i added glitter to all the trees. the cameo in the corner i cut out of paper."

This next repurposed tin is also by Lisa ~ "i used 70's owl mate from sideshow stamps. have you been over there to see the awesome stamps they have! i colored him with pencils, when over it with e000 copic marker and it blended it nicely. i punched out 2 butterflies added bling, then covered the entire lid with crackle paint. for the sides, i punched out squares glued them and some more bling!"

Thanks girls for these awesome craft creations!

Hot cuppa Joe and an Upcycled Recycled Rubber Stamped Card!!

Hot cuppa Joe? ahhhh..... sip.....
How's it going everyone? Happy Monday!
Here's a recycled card I made. I wanted to use those cool graphics from the side of a Trader Joe's bag and incorporate them into my design to achieve a vintage look. And I used a recycled piece of paper for the card itself, and a salvaged piece of ribbon for too!
I stamped our victorian perfume bottle, hat and shoe in the background with blue ink. Then stamped our Art Nouveau girl and the spiral onto seperate pieces of card stock. I colored the girl with colored pencils and brushed the edges of the spiral with brown ink and a sponge. I stamped thank you and our victorian key straight onto the card with brown ink. Then I cut out the plane from the T.J.'s bag and colored some highlights onto it with colored pencil. Then I assembled the whole thing with double stick tape.
Pretty cool, quick and easy! :)
